membership forms (e.g., name, email, phone), content of your message, and any files you upload (e.g., images, documents, links). - Newsletter sign‑ups: email address for sending updates.
- Hospitality & general contact: if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or other external platforms, those services process your data under their own terms; we do not control those platforms.
- Payments/donations: when you make a payment or donation that is processed by a third‑party payment provider, payment details are handled by that provider. We do not store full card data on our systems.
- Technical data: device and usage data collected via cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security and aggregated analytics (see “Cookies”).
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries, process proposals, coordinate volunteering/membership and operate Hospitality activities.
- To send newsletters and activity updates (with opt‑out anytime).
- To maintain, secure and improve the Site (including troubleshooting and analytics).
